It's one day. Splurge.

A frappuccino from Starbucks is totally worth it. 'Tis the season for the salted caramel mocha, and grande without whip is ~300 cals and is worth every single calorie to me. Obviously not daily. But once or twice a month for sure.

5'4, goal currently 130-135.

Yup. This.

I think they're gross. I love every single flavor of bar (except the cheesecake one...never tried it), but the cups were just disappointing for me.

My favorite are the people who only buy organic, but still eat things like organic potato chips and candy on the regular. It's sad that they think they;re doing any better than me eating my Doritos while they're still eating their highly-processed organic crap.

PB M&Ms put in the microwave just long enough for the shells to crack. Yup, better than Reese's.
-
Ice cream. And Froyo. With a bajillion toppings.

I use a scale as often as I can. I wont do it for things like bread, bars, and other pre-portioned things. But things like cereal, pasta, and fruit - 1 cup can be totally off in either direction, whereas 100g of it will always be accurate.

It's only clean if you wash it first. Duh. That goes for the beer too. And anything else.

Eat the Bear has no carbs and tastes great.

I mean, kids lie about their age online all the time. Just sayin'.

I've seen people log standing as exercise...

Pre-cooked chicken fillets. And tuna. Survived my most recent semester of college off these two things; all I had was a micro-fridge.
-
A little chocolate protein powder, and a mini creamer (usually chocolate or Almond Joy flavored).
-
I just put mine in my coffee. I only use about .5-.75 scoop (depending on the size of my cup of coffee) and a flavored Mini I.D. creamer.

I love Quest. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough is definitely the best, in my opinion. Followed by Banana Nut Muffin and Apple Pie. Put them in the microwave for a few seconds, and omnomnommmmm.
-
Weigh it. 100g of something will always be the same amount. But depending on how you cut/slice something, it can vary a lot.
-
I'm usually around 30-40%. But once in a while it'll be more like 55%

I got a cheap digital one at WalMart. It works. I don't see why you would need to pay a lot for a scale.
-
Tuna made with Greek Yogurt and hot sauce. Hard-boiled eggs. Quest bars. Oats with protein powder.
-
I count Crystal Light as Crystal Light. The water I add to it, I count as water.
-
Bacon.
-
That ****'s nasty. I'd rather just save my calories and eat the real thing.
-
Reese's Puffs. The whole box.
-
This. It's not a requirement on food labels, so you're probably getting at least slightly more than your data shows.
-
This.

I have never had a problem with Fiber One anything. Just lucky, I guess.

Premium grilled chicken club, minus the mayo and bun. Chicken, cheese, and bacon. Nom. I get that with a grilled chicken classic. Again, no mayo or bun. 360 cals, 15F / 6C / 53P.

Insanity. It costs some ridiculous amount of money, but I did it for free because my roommate downloaded it from a torrent.
