How far apart are your daily meals?

Breakfast around 7am-730am
snack 10am
lunch 130pm
snack 430pm
prework out 530pm
dinner 730 pm0 -
Mine are kind of widely spaced because I try not to eat unless I'm genuinely hungry. This (usually) means I have lunch around 11AM and dinner around 7PM. If I get legitimately hungry in between I will have a small snack at about 3PM (maybe twice a week), and about once a week I feel hungry near 10PM so I'll snack. Basically, my body tends toward intermittent fasting and I listen to it.0

Bed at 11 ish
I end up eating every 3 hours or so. Why? Because I like snacking.0 -
I'm trying to eat every 3 hours, 5 times a day. Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and dinner. Breakfast at 5 am and dinner no later than 5 pm.
on week days breakfast at 7, snack at 10, lunch at 12, snack at 3, pre workout snack at 4.30, dinner at 7ish0 -
I've also never been able to figure out how people have dinner at 5 PM and that's their cut-off...if I'm lucky, I'm leaving the office at 5 PM...then I have an hour commute home...then I still have to make dinner, etc. I don't know...I usually eat dinner around 8:30ish. A 7:00 PM dinner would be pretty early for us.0

I normally eat three meals a day and snack as I get hungry. I don't have a set schedule though...on my days off when I sleep in I tend to only eat two very large meals. I used to save at least 1,000 calories for my evening eating, but I started working at an office job and get bored during the day, so I snack while I'm working and then eat a smaller dinner when I get home.0

Every 1 1/2 to 2 hours.0

Every three hours beginning at 7 a.m.:
7:00 a.m. Breakfast
10:00 a.m. Snack
1:00 p.m. Lunch
4:00 p.m. Snack
7:00 p.m. Dinner0 -
I eat at a set schedule on days I am at work, but only because I am OCD like that.
5:30-6:00 AM - Breakfast
9:00 AM - Snack
11:00-12:00 - Lunch
2:00 PM - Snack
4:30-5:00 PM - Simple carb snack if running
7:00 PM - Protein shake if lifting
(Work days I usually don't usually eat dinner since I get home later and need to get things prepared for the next morning for work.)
On days I don't work then I don't have a set schedule...but dinner is usually around the same time (5-6 PM).0 -
During the work week:
Breakfast: 7:15a
Snack: 10:00a
Lunch: 12:00p
Snack: 3:30p
WORKOUT: 6:00p
Dinner: 7:30ish (whenever I'm done cooking)
Sometimes I'll have an ice cream sandwich for dessert or a snack before bed if I'm a little hungry
The weekend depends on what we're doing but it usually ends up being 3 bigger meals.
I pretty much follow your logic but I don't care about eating between certain times. I hate going to bed hungry (can't sleep) so I'll eat something late to avoid that.0 -
I eat whenever I want to eat/whenever I have time to eat.
Usually that ends up being three meals and some snacks.
Yup. This.0 -
I eat all day.0

For convenience I have my body on an eating routine. I usually eat breakfast at around 9ish, lunch is at 1ish, and dinner its whenever I get home and make it anywhere from 5-7ish. Eating at relatively the same times every day really helps me with snacking which is one of my problems. But, if I am hungry outside of the times I usually eat I drink 8 ounces of water at least and wait 20 minutes to see if its actually hunger or just wanting to eat because of boredom. If I am still hungry then I will give it a small snack.0

On week days I normally eat breakfast at around 8:30 (when I get to the office), lunch at 11:30 or noon, and dinner any time between 7:00 and 10:00 PM (depending on my workout schedule, after work commitments, etc.). I snack in between when I am hungry, but do not have specific "snack times" except for when I get home from work - I generally have something light prior to working out (or cooking dinner).
On weekends, I eat when I am hungry with no specific meal timings, however I do still have three larger meals with snacks interspersed.0
