This thread is entertaining to say the least. One of my pet peeves is when you're try to help someone who doesn't understand macros and try to stir a debate with you. It's like a lose/lose situation.

What's your TDEE / BMR? But just judging by the numbers, that looks healthy. Seems a bit high but I don't know what you put in, etc.

Not bad reads! Thanks for putting it all together.

It could be your diet. You're already low in weight and eating a lot less calories. If you eat lean meats/up the protein fats and strength workouts, you'll get those abs. You are right, there's no spot reduction for fat.
-
Track your macros and try some strength program. Try to hit your macros as best as possible. It'll be easier for you since you're not in the losing weight category.
-
As a general rule, you try your best to meet your macros while on a calorie deficit. Calorie deficit comes first. Macros come second. So if you want to retain as much LBM as possible, then your diet has to be a little stricter.

Trust what the personal trainer has to say. Try it out for 2-3 weeks before making judgment.

Herbalife serves a purpose but for most people, it isn't reasonable to maintain it as a lifetime goal. I rather change my lifestyle to a healthier one then rely on paying someone else to make it easier for me.

Like the others said, try a HRM (heart rate monitor) and see how accurate the workouts are. If it's true and you're not hungry, then perhaps see a doctor. Metabolism or other health related problems might come into play. If I workout as much as you did, burning that much calories, I'll be eating meat all day due to hunger
