Right now i'm a senior and high school. So yeah, lol. Plan on going for my major in Biology afterwards and then taking it from there.

I'm set at sedentary and log the exercises in addition to my food. Then eat back the calories.

I don't log it do to it being in my regular schedule. (everyday things like brushing my teeth, getting dressed, letting the dog out to pee etc). But to each's own

I was on a 1200 calorie diet at first. My doctor told me to up it to 1700 calories. It has slowly been coming down. :)

When I get up, I am hungry- So I eat. Not sure if it's scientifically the best- but I know what my body tries to tell me..If I don't I become very light-headed. So meedless to say, breakfast for me.

Once a week for me. Stepping on the scale everyday tends to play with my head.

Huh??? 2 slices=760 cal... I netted 1379 because I exercised for 30 min adding on about 357 cal.

Nonono I didn't just eat the pizza. I'm desperate but not that desperate. I ate my normal breakfast and lunch with snacks in between.
