Go by the info on the package, that will be the most accurate. Even though you scanned the item, someone could have made changes or the packaging/info could have changed recently.

I always log my workouts to MapMyRide and it connects to MyFitness Pal. I do adjust the calories down on MMR so it doesn't add to MFP. I cut it by at least 50%, depending on the workout. Same here. Popcorn is my go-to when I need an extra 150 or so calories. I do mine air popped in the microwave plain. My microwave is broke now though so it's been a few days for me.

I always just air pop the popcorn in the microwave and eat it plain. So good

My thighs are just naturally bigger like that and the rubbing together is annoying. I wear the spandex type shorts that come down right to where the issue is when running or anything where the rubbing happens and that helps. Normal daily walking doesn't bother me but running does so this helps.

I'm 5' 8" and my look good, feel good weight is between 145-150. Anything lower than that doesn't look good on me.

I make mine with kiwi, banana, strawberry, pineapple, chia seeds, flax seeds and coconut water. Different amounts depending on how I'm feeling but always the same ingredients. I'm not a breakfast person so this is my morning breakfast. I use the nutribullet to mix it up.

No pain, just the crunch. I've tried a knee thing before but the crunch was still there. From what I've read so far, I'm not too worried because there's no pain. once it starts hurting I'll get checked out.

Just keep in mind that once you have your teeth removed you can't drink from a straw. It can cause dry socket or something like that.
