I put a movie or tv show on the ipad and just go until it is done. That helps a lot

It doesn't sound too bad. My son was diagnosed at 6 and started on 50mcg. The doctor was shocked that he even had any energy to move because she said his level were so off.

I feel the exact same way. I don't tell anyone anything and I hate it when someone does say something. I usually just say no and change the subject. Well I did tell one person but it is someone I only talk to through text so I don't count him

I use coconut water in my morning smoothies and I don't like coconut water by itself. I can get in about 14 ozs. You can't even taste it and it has a lot of potassium.

My morning smoothies have a lot of fiber. This morning it had 19g of fiber

I didn't go gluten free on purpose, it just kind of happened. I realized after a week of logging there was on bread on my first day and nothing after that. You can add me if you'd like.

I've never really kept track so I don't know. Right now I have 4 empty water bottles on my desk at 16.9 oz each so 67.6 total so far and I'll keep going

My time is between 45-50 minutes but I am also doing it with my 7 yr old son. I'm doing my first 5k without him in April so I'll have to update then.

What big city in New England? I'm in NH and just signed up to do my first triathlon in Sept. I'm not even close to being ready but I've always wanted to do one so I just signed up.

DVD's, youtube or something like that you can do when the kids are asleep or playing. You could also look into finding a gym with a daycare.

I thought I was the only one that did that with the volume but mine always has to be an even number. Actually, I do that when I am on the treadmill with the speed and incline. It always has to be .even number.

There is talking but after day 1 when I know what is going on I would just listen to music instead of the video. You do the same video for 10 days so once you get it down you can just mute it and listen to your own thing.

I do eat my salad without dressing. I find that with the cheese and meat and all the juices from the veggies I don't need the dressing. It just weighs the food down.

I weigh everything but the coffee, cream, sugar, and almonds. The sugar I measure, cream is a guess but the one time I did measure it was too much so I am sure I am under the 1T, and the almonds I just count out. I was weighing the almonds for awhile but it was always 24 or 25 so I don't worry too much about that.…
