Hi, I have only few friends. Women who are motivated and I'm happy to add you. I'm focused on better habits, I also struggle with eating when I study or during boredom. I do not have a problem with depression, I might cheer you up ;-)

I'm not getting the results the formula says I will, however, I am getting results in my habits. I'm not going to bed full like I used to. I faithfully log in every day and am as honest as I can be about portions. Healthy habits are more important than the "numbers" .

Make sure you aren't overdosing on B vitamins, as that can cause hair loss too

I started losing when I ate more and listened to a trainer...more protein and more exercise at the right times.

I loved coffee for many years until I had vertigo, spells of spinning dizziness for about a year. Doc said quit the caffeine and the spinning stopped. So I get away with decaf to savor the familiar taste. I found it hard to love once I quit coffee completely for months. Going back wasn't very exciting. Hm.

I was told the smallest part of your waist is actual waist. The upper abd measurement is good to take also.

Just saw that movie the other day, for the fifth time. Have been on fitness pal for over a week ,almost two. Haven't lost any wt yet :-)

Try focusing on getting some raw foods you might like, veggies and fruits. Also I found the flaxseed crackers really help me feel full. The fiber is great and will give more balance.

I can so relate! And my body doesn't like more than 1 piece of pizza, the sodium makes me feel dry and icky in the morning. :-) my husband seems to fear running out of food and piles the supplies in our house.
