Don't know if it has any benefit, but I squeeze some fresh lime or lemon into my water, just to switch it up.

If you have a left over from the meal from the night before, just copy it to the next day and adjust the amounts!

I log oil and all that. You can create your own meals, salads etc. that includes all of it already, that way you dont have to enter everything again over and over. For exampled, certain salads I eat all the time, maybe switch some stuff up, so just copy it and exchange the things you switched out.

4 Kids (plus one step child part time from my ex husband-yah long story ;-) Full Time Job + Overtime House + Land Me Husband 2 Cats ...... and ALL the responsibilities that come a long with it! Between that I work out twice a day, cook for EVERYONE, travel and so on and on !

I appreciate your words and you got me thinking. I used to weigh my whole life 60 kg (besides during pregnancy), so I guess I have this number stuck in my head! Why not get back there?

I guess I was just waiting for the wow effect on the scale. Where I dont mind the jeans one at all ;-) I first though I am just imaging it and finally tried my pants on for prove! Any healthy tricks to get rid of some of the water weight? I already drinks TONS of water every day.

I do lol. I use 5 lbs weights as well, however, I think I am just uncoordinated? No matter how I try, I just don't get them right.

International Project Manager here. I learned to say NO and NO and NO. Sounds easy huh? It really is not! I do allow myself to be part of our breakfast once a month, but try to fill up on fruit and just dig into the other things a tiny bit ;-) Feel free to add me ( just notice compared to others here, I am friendless LOL)

I think we are all WELL aware of that fact! However, we all decided ( or most of us) that we wanted to work on our weight loss first. Little Steps, one at a time!

I read somewhere that smoking can also block your weight loss and your metabolism will increase once you stop.

I have no advice, but it's my same goal. I quite before (with the help of e-cigarettes) and now where I am in my routine I like to try again. I know its not gonna be easy, but as further I am into my calorie/fitness plan as more confident I feel about it.

I drink tap water, but filter it and the use my sodastream for sparkling water. If I am on the go I take bottled water with me and if I get bored with all the water drinking, I add some fresh lemon to it!

I only have coffee before my morning run and some water and eat later when I am at work and in the evenings I do my workout before dinner. I don't feel good working out with a full belly!

Finally some weight is dropping. Just 1.32 lbs, however, I am feeling great about it. It means its starting to work. Thank you all for your advice again!!

Another idea, I have been squeezing fresh lemon onto my veggies and other food, just so they don't taste so blend. Its actually very refreshing !
