Work Out ideas for home with broken toe?
Hi everyone, Unfortunately I broke my toe over the weekend. Anyone good some good ideas what I could do for work outs at home? I really dont want to loose track :-( I usually run a few times a week and do different work at home DVD's. Most of them all include lots of jumping.

Not dropping weight but loosing inches? Scale wrong?
Hi, I was just wondering if anyone else had the same progress? I only dropped 1 kg so far (according to my scale), however, I dropped a lot in inches around the waist, belly area, boobs (:-() etc.. New and need a kick start
Good Morning, I have been strict on my diet now for about 2 weeks and have not lost a freaking pound :-( I was expecting a little bit more, somehow.
