Can anyone tell form their experience what the difference is?
I have been switching between 2.
Or do you have any other recommendations that worked for you for home DVD's?
Thank you :-)

I think Ripped in 30 is harder, but I like having as many different workouts in my DVD arsenal as possible.0

I would consider 30 day shred as a good base to start with for moving on to any Jillian DVD. The moves are basic but effective. The moves in Ripped in 30 were a little more complicated and a little harder. Both are good videos. I use them both. I also regularly use No More Trouble Zones, which is primarily strength training and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, which is primarily cardo.
I also have Kickbox Fast Fix, Killer Buns and Thighs, Yoga Meltdown and Extreme Shred and Shed which I pop in every now and then.
As the person above says, I like having a variety to choose from.0
