Hi everyone,
Unfortunately I broke my toe over the weekend.
Anyone good some good ideas what I could do for work outs at home?
I really dont want to loose track :-(
I usually run a few times a week and do different work at home DVD's. Most of them all include lots of jumping.

There are workouts available for upper body. I think if you go to youtube and search for chair workouts or sitting workouts. I had a stress fracture in my foot in 2013 and someone suggested these workouts. (If you do Jillian's 30 day shred, she talks about the punches being perfect for someone with a lower body injury.)0
