Food £28 a week, shop at Aldi (Ewh yeah I know right!) but the meat is cheap and i really only eat Meat, Vegetables, Tinned Veg and bread, its pretty boring, I also live in up north where *kitten* cheaper.

Here for science!

For me, regardless of the study, I hate fasted cardio, I don't feel like I have the same amount of energy and end up cutting sessions short. So when im trying to cut it's harder on fasted as I don't burn as much as I do doing none fasted.

Ed Coan, Goddamn wish i was as strong as that dude.
-
Nahhhhh, I mean I might get myself pumped up if im going for a 1RM and I do have a tendancy to grunt and drop things, but im overly calm.

If were talking rpg games i play D&D, Vampire masquerade, Cyberpunk 2020. :)

This will probably get locked as it could be concieved as someone whos just shooting test trying to get advice. To be honest youd be better asking for help over at Tnation or BodyBuilding.com

Cant you just turn up to work 10 minutes early and straighten your hair there?
-
Just one thing you should really lock out your arm if your using alternating grip, noticed your arm was a little bent, and you dont want a torn bicep.

about 40 with straps as it flares my tendinitis in my elbow im only 84kg though ^^

Out of curiosity how many strict straight pull ups can you do? Ive always wondered how those numbers transfer across.
-
lol thread still going....

Yup i have to cheat some of my heavy rows up in order to control the bar on the way down, sometimes it can help, aslong as your cheating as safely as possible :P

Wow........ good job :)

Basic laws of physics? Edit: think this sums it up

Personally I would leave the squats in and drop the reps to 1x5 etc, once your body has adapted to the workload increase each week etc, gradually working back up to how the program is written, your body will adapt you just have to be patient.

Op believes he is an advanced lifter with no noob gains left to have (cannot bench 285? as advanced lol) "2 years of experimention " "I can just tell you that I net under my TDEE every week, and every week I get bigger, stronger, and more defined" "I have gained 6-7 lbs. of lean muscle in the last 8 months while…

Ive just noticed this ^ I wouldn't have thought it was overly safe to be deadlifting with an already exhausted back from rows. Which is why Rows arent on the same day as deadlifting on stronglifts? I could be wrong, but deadlifting is very taxing on your system hence only doing 1x5.

**** you science, **** you!

OK ive had more sleep now, i think i know where your coming from. You mean you are cutting and then your going to bulk. Why not, eat at maintenance for a while and then cut? so you have the muscle there when you cut back, rather than cutting back and then bulking to gain muscle? Feel free to add me, im just about to start…

You need to have your form assessed regarding the back pain, pain is generally a sign that something's wrong. Have you taken a de-load week?
-
for me a warm up would be some dynamic stretching and mobility work, plus foam rolling. But that's because i have a ****ed up back and have lots of muscle imbalances etc.
-
Good first post! you look awesome, well done!
-
No, because its unhealthy to be fat, its ok to scorn people for smoking and drinking too much, but fat people are apparently untouchable now? Fat people are fat because they eat too damn much, they know it, we know it and they can do something about it. They choose not too.
-
cut AND bulk? is that a typo :/
-
Sorry but your 'credible' sources are people who take high amounts of steroids and their routines and advice do not apply for naturals. the hyppertrophy rep range is just wrong, I only lift heavy and packed on all my noob gains in my first year, i barely break 5 reps. This is well known, what your spewing is bro science.…

If your aiming for 2lb a week, you might find your running a very restrictive calorie defecit thats harder to keep up as you will have to cut out certain foods and then we all know what happens, we binge. Personally I would aim for 1lb a week and increase your activity level, even if its just getting out for an hours walk…

Your doing way to much volume for a novice, seriously your gonna hurt yourself, your central nervous system needs training properly, you only need to be doing 1 working set of deads to start with. Please follow a tried and tested program. This one worked fantastic for me :…
