If it's just coffee...it's probably pumpkin flavored coffee, which would be zero cals, like hazelnut or other french vanilla flavored coffees. If it is sweet, I would look up how many calories are in the pumpkin syrup, and then figure out how many pumps are in the coffee. I am also a big fan of pumpkin flavored beverages…

I don't really understand how people can be "stuffed" or have to "force" themselves to eat 1200 cals.... if that were the case, you probably wouldn't need to be using a weight loss website....

I agree with the general notion of most posters.... my boyfriend is a chef, and chubby and adorable. However, I happen to not mind it and do not find myself "turned off". He has been this way ever since I met him, so I wouldn't expect him to change. I happen to work out and enjoy fitness but that doesn't mean he has to as…

I totally agree with most posters...I'm going to enjoy myself on Thanksgiving and Christmas!!!! However, its those dang christmas cookies and candies that for some reason seem to be around all month of December that I'm going to avoid!!!!

Yes, yes YES! There really isn't any reason not to wear one, I also used to not where one as a teenager because I thought it made me look like a "dork". Now, I really don't care! My head is more important! Especially if you are riding with your child... what if you were injured due to not wearing a helmet and he was on his…

Yes! This happens to me all the time, I find out there is some snack or treat available and then I get some sense of anxiety, like I have to eat it. I have no clue why! Just today for example someone put out cheese and crackers in my office (which I'm a cheese aholoic), just knowing the cheese was there gave me an anxiety…

I think it's the peanut butter to chocolate ratio!!! no thick chocolate edges

I just think about how amazing I will feel once it's over and I don't have to worry about it for the rest of the day. I often go to a cycling class at 7:15 and don't want to wake up for it, but after going a few weeks and knowing how great I feel afterwards, i want to feel that way and that's a huge motivation... oh yeah…

I understand! I feel sorta like a brat for not being happy when people bring treats to work... but I have no willpower when it is just sitting staring at me (or calling my name from the next room)!!

Could not agree more!!!! It's like well your only options are either to give up or keep trying!

EAT IT!

Lately I have been making pasta&veggies or eggs with veggies. Its really quick and easy. Chop up whatever veggies you like, I use spinach, tomatoes, onions, and mushrooms, sautee with 1 tsp of olive oil and garlic, If I'm making it with pasta then I make sure to use a food scale to measure the pasta, once the veggies are…

I used to work at Sbucks a few years ago, so unless it has changed syrup pumps are generally 20 cals per pump. However that does not include white mocha, mocha, caramel sauce or pumpkin, those are more cals!

Make an egg scramble- 2 eggs plus add a ton of veggies and maybe some cheese if you can afford the cals. I make an egg fritatta with eggs, tomatoes, spinach, onions, 2tsp olive oil and a sprinkling of goat cheese... delish and only around 250 cals

Oh trust me.. I understand! I felt the same way you did about 2 weeks ago because I hadn't weighed myself in a few months...in my head I thought I knew approx what I weighed within 5 lbs, well I weighed myself and I was actually 10 lbs over what I had expected....now that I know, its the dose of reality I needed! Also…

If its just one day..once in a while..then I think you'll be just fine

I hate it when people make comments like that! Didn't your Mom teach you that it's rude to comment on other people's food? Because mine did!!
-
You probably hate it because it's so hard! I've been there but decided to just do it... now that I'm better at running it's much more fun.. get some good engaging songs on ur iPod to distract you and then push through it! Good luck!
-
IDk how you feel about eggs.... but if you want a low cal egg sandwich, you could do one egg scrambled on a toasted thomas' english muffin..get the mulitgrain kind with 8g of fiber...it really fills you up at 170 cals for the whole thing

Geeeze! New reporters are so harsh! Just b/c she ate a cheeseburger for lunch ONE day doesn't mean she eats unhealthily! Who knows what she ate the rest of the day! I almost feel like she is setting a good example by showing that it is OK to indulge once in awhile!

That is why there are so many overweight people in America! Whenever I workout I have a mantra "If it was easy, everyone could do it" A lot of people don't like to do hard work!

It doesn't matter if its 'reverse psychology' or 'Man talk' or whatever you want to label it... it is WRONG!! He knows it, and you know it, but just ignore him. I am 5'2 and would LOVE to be 135 and I haven't even had kids! He must be in pretty darn good shape to be so harsh on you!

Reduced fat string cheese has 8g of protein for only 70 cals

Goldfish Crackers!!! They are seriously addictive for me. They're not even THAT bad for you (if you eat a serving) but I can never eat just one! The bag is so small too but has like 6 servings in it! I could easily finish that in a sitting... plus they have the goldifsh gallons... those are just wrong the amount of…

Any of the Frap lites, just make sure not to get whip, because it is real cream! It adds a lot of extra cals and fat. You could get any iced latte with skim milk, they have a ton of flavors and some sugar free flavors too (caramel and vanilla). Stray away from white mocha though. Iced latte with soy milk is good too! They…

Although I do agree with all the posters and have heard the same things about spacing out meals being helpful to metabolism, I think that the most important thing is just how many calories you consume overall. I don't think it is really truly crucial to eat small meals I think it is just helpful for many people to not feel…

I combine 1/2 c of frozen blueberries and 1/2 c of frozen raspberries the night before in a tupperware then in the morning add 1/2 c stoneyfield vanilla lowfat yogurt. Top with 1/2 c of Kashi GoLean Crunch.. very filling and about 250 cals

I agree with Tom Smith...stop blaming TOM! haha...Don't you always want chocolate, candy, chips, regardless of what time of the month it is????I think TOM is just an excuse :)

100% agree..hopefully this will help!

I don't think that Sweat= Calories lost, I think that Sweat= Sign that you are exerting yourself and getting in a good workout. Everyone's bodies are different, but i don't think that you need to wear a sweatshirt or a plastic thing.... I know that wrestlers will try and sweat before a weigh in day to lose extra water…
