Something I find helpful when eating out, particularly Chinese, is taking a little activated charcoal. I get bloaty and gassy super easily, and this seems to help alleviate.

I do LES MILLS Body Pump and RPM and find both by searching LES MILLS when I input exercise. I'm not sure if that's the spin class you do, but at least Pump is there and also on the LES MILLS website.
