Body Pump and Spinning

Hi, Just wondering if anyone has any idea of how many calories are burnt in a body pump and spinning classes. I do these 4 times a week and can't get information re calories burnt anywhere in the exercise section. Would love some help

I do LES MILLS Body Pump and RPM and find both by searching LES MILLS when I input exercise. I'm not sure if that's the spin class you do, but at least Pump is there and also on the LES MILLS website.0

Hi, I do both BodyPump and RPM or Spinning and burn between 350 - 400 in pump and always around 550 in RPM/Spinning I wear a Heart Rate Monitor and am 5'2" at 150lbs. 0
