So glad to have found this cause breakfast is the hardest for me. I can't / don't eat eggs, literally makes me sick. Lots of great advice, thank you everyone. I am just so determined, and shockingly excited about doing this, I want to make sure I am in for the long haul and not setting myself up for disaster.
