I'm 4' 11.5" and my starting weight was 200lbs and a size US 16. I started MFP seriously about a month ago and have lost 15 lbs so far. Although to be in a normal BMI range I should be between 100-120lbs I think I could be happy at 135lbs. I've never been thin so I think if I dropped to 100 lbs it would look unnatural.

For me it's self confidence and body image. I think the main reason I've never been in a relationship before is because i think to myself "no one would wanna date someone that looks like me" and so i never put myself out there. I'm hoping at the end of the weight loss I'll be able to love myself enough to let someone else…

I hope I can loose 50 lbs on top of the 10 lbs i've already lost since starting my weight loss journey... fingers crossed ill make it onto the success stories page this time next year!

im 4'11" and started weighing in at 198lbs. I've lost 10lbs already with intermittent fasting so my journey to weight loss may be different than yours since i''m trying to loose nearly 60-70lbs. but what is helping me along with IF is that my entire family is going on this journey with me and we are all making diet changes…

my mom ussually sautees the vegetables in oil, garlic, breadcrumbs ect. and the rice is sometimes rice-a-roni which has butter and milk in it i think... again im guessing on the calories i'm not 100% sure
