Thanks everyone :) I'm having really bad knee pain right now. I tried running week 2 day 2 on monday and didn't make it through because of my knee pain. I bought some knee braces and some new shoes today and still no go. I know I probably shouldn't have tried to run today because my knees were bothering me but I thought it…

City of Ashes by Cassandra Clare...not my usual cup of tea but my roommate bought me the entire series and I'll feel bad if I don't read them.

I'm on week two as well and I'm loving it. However, my hip and my knees are killing me so I couldn't complete my run yesterday.

Started week 2 day 1 today! I'm so proud of myself. I started the program two weeks ago and redid week 1 this past week. I didn't run the past two days because my knees and my left hip have been bugging me but this evening was so gorgeous out that I couldn't let it pass me by. So i went out and decided to try Week 2 day 1…

I prefer to run in the mornings because if gives me a great energy boost and makes me feel good about myself for accomplishing something so early in the day. Which then puts me in a fantastic mood all day.

Pride and Prejudice the 5 hour BBC mini series.. I mean I like the 2005 Keira Knightley version too but nothing beats the BBC adaptation. Any Audrey Hepburn movies but my favorites are Sabrina or My Fair Lady. Any musical will cheer me up but Billy Elliot is my favorite. As for TV, I'm a HUGE Doctor Who fan.

Love this post! I'm an apple shape and often get asked if I'm pregnant because I have a "Buddha belly" as my mother has always called it.

Way to go! I should have started week 2 yesterday but I was going to repeat week 1 and it started pouring yesterday so I didn't get to finish it. Then I worked today and my hip was sore so I didn't get to run. But tomorrow morning I plan on continuing week 1 again and hopefully by Friday or Sunday I'll start week 2.

Both. My mom was diagnosed with type two diabetes about 10 years ago and about 4 years ago she became insulin dependent. At first it scared me but I was all "ehh that won't happen to me" until I found out my dad (who has never been a part of my life) is also an insulin dependent diabetic. It scared the crap out of me…
