  • I know for me it also took time. But i started with cutting out bread, then went to smaller portions. Your stomach will start to shrink down and then you will not need as much. Also another trick that can work is use smaller plates. Drink plenty of water too. Good luck :flowerforyou:
  • GO FOR IT
  • I find just standing on a small ledge ( like a curb) and have your heels hang off and just raise up and down. Keep doing it and over time they will get stronger.

  • DDR is great. i love playing with the kids. Of course they are much faster, but it is a great workout. We also have the WII and that is fun too. Anything to get moving and not being in the gym is a plus for me. Have a wonderful day

  • $2.99 in NJ for regular.
  • OMG! where were you a hour ago. My son wanted pizza for dinner, so off to the local shop. Well I tried to do the calorie count on the recipe web site and it was 660. That put me way over in protien and fat. I will diffently try yours.
  • I also got suckered into buying the book. Nothing new in it. If I feel alttle bloated I just stay away from carbs for a few days and away it goes.
  • I too am trying to eat my exercise calories, but i find I am going over in proteins. Any ideas on what to eat that is not high in proteins? Or should I not worry about them? Thanks
  • I am a newbie and was also was confused on this subject. I eat 1200 calories and exercise and burn about 400. I feel satisfied with my meals ( not hungry) It does not make sense to eat what I burned. But that could be why I have not lost a pound all week. Stayed the same. I will give this a try and see what happens Thanks
  • Thanks- My husband does all the cooking also. He loves the challenge of coming up with healthier meals that the kids will eat also. I also find the food diary a big help. I have done W.W. in the past, but always gave up because of writing everything down, but this seems easier.
  • Slimfast, its quick after a workout.
  • Maybe this will be it. My husband and I are working out together and we changed our eating habits. My first goal is to get rid of the muffin top. And I refuse to buy bigger jeans.
