I had about a 300 calorie lunch
Whole grain lean pocket
Bowl of cut up cucumbers mushrooms and baby carrots with a tbls of low cal catalina dressing
460cals so far 840 left

Turkey wrap on a whole wheat flatout with lettuce, turkey, and swiss.
It was around 500 calories, but I still have a lot left.0 -
1 lenders whole wheat bagel with 2 tbsp fat free cream cheese, 10 baby carrots, 1 lite no sugar added key lime pie yogurt, and a diet coke.0

Spaghetti squash lasagna. Not too bad. Not the real thing, but pretty tasty.0

3 samosa with sour cream. Broccoli mixed with some mayonaise. lettuce, 14 baby carrots and cucumber dressing. About 372 calories. I can't wait.lol. It will take all afternoon to eat.0

If you haven't tried them, get these english muffins. They are not labeled as "100 calories" but they are just that and they have 8 g of fiber!!0 -

I had a subway club salad with ff italian...yuck...subway just does not have good salad toppings, which I need b/c I struggle so much with the thought of a salad..especially a boring one...ugh:grumble:0
