Yes! I mostly get the 'oh let me guess you cant eat that?!" or "skinny *****" Or even called Jillian as in Jillian Michaels cuz I harass them about diet and exercise when they are the ones who asked me to push them!

Yeah my 1st was an emergency after over 16 hours of hard labor, 2nd time had no choice because of the 1st and Im amazed at how many people just choose to have them. They are not fun to recover from! :noway:

Water question? During the night i drink a ton of water. My 5 month old still wakes up twice to eat & I pee at least once(TMI :tongue: ) Each time i get up i drink around 20oz of water. Im trying to keep all my water logged for my own records, so my question is water drank through out the night, what day should i log it…

A few times now i have doubled up! It was nice! once i did level 1 on accident when i was suppost to start level 2, so as soon as i finished the cool down of level 1 i just started the warm up to level 2 nad did them back to back. Thanks! Monday it is! The shred gets me a little over 300 cals burned so ill just have to add in some Wii, my exercise bike, and maybe even a walk here and there!!! Gets get to drinkin :drinker: & burning ladies :blushing: ! Hope all you losers have a great weekend!!! :happy:

It just takes time, I had my 2nd c section 5 months ago and my belly is finally back to mormal and other then a small pooch above my scar it is flat with no over hang. Lots of ab work has helped.

Dropping weight steadily this week while not working out... hmmm... hate taking a week off, but that may need to be part of my plan. Always seems to jump start me again. yeah definitly! And after 2 rounds of doing it as she instructs Im pretty burned out. Im thinking my next 30 days i may do a different level each day... D1L1 D2L2 D3L3 D4L1 and so on.

Yes when i started my 2nd round i went back to L1 for 10 days, L2 todays, L3 10 days.
