Dont feel guilty at all the shred alone will totally provide results. I do reccomend doing the 30 days straight. the satisfaction from that alone is worth it!

i noticed sticking with anita during the plank work outs actually gave me a better work out. anita style made my abs burn, natalie style made my knees ache! I hated level 2... 6 more days till i have to do it again, but i too look forward to level 3 again... one hell of a work out but not a killer! Glad you all are stickin…

i list mine since i was pregnant when i got a fitness pal. I just list pre pregnancy, birth weight ect. So glad to have some new members and look forward to all of your results.

No certain diet, feel free to check out my food diary from the dates i was on the shred, but i drink a ton of water and eats lots of fiber. Both really help with tummy bloat. So glad to have you join us, we posted starting measurements and will post new ones at the end of each level feel free to as well =]

Aw thanks, im on day 2 of round 2, but im insane and just did it for a 2nd time today. my aunt NikrGirl started it today so i did it with her as well as doing it myself thismorning. The results are so amazing and so worth sticking it out for 30 days!

Kat! That would be awesome, Debi plans to join me for round 3 as well, we'd have our old group together again! Level 1 is hard again, dont worry though, by day 4 or so youll see amazing stamina built up and by day 8 youll be looking to add things, for instance my sit ups and punchs i was holding my weights while doing them…

Definitly Debi, Im just going to keep starting this over as i complete it. My results were too good not too, and cant beat 25 min a day! This round i plan to ride my bike a lot more, last time the shred about killed me so i rarely felt up to riding the bike as well, this time im in much better shape! =]

Day 1 Weight--- 160 Arms--- 12 Bust---37 Up Waist--- 33 Lw Waist--- 39.5 Hips--- 42 Thighs--- 25 Calves--- 15 Let the shred begin!!!

You can start levels at anytime, how i did it was 10 days of each level

Warning..... for me.... level 2 was the worst! Good luck! just remember it is so worth it, you have eachother to lean on, and level 3, though very much a work out is a lot easier on your body, joints, ect!!!
