Thank you for the insight ladies. I think my plan will be to log a loss on Mondays if there is one because that is our group weigh in day. But because I am terrble over the weekends and always way up on mondays I think I will also have thursday morning be a log in day for me. So lets see how I do! =]

I agree with this completely. Its a once a year holiday, lets enjoy. I like to get a scoop of everything. This year however i will make it a point to take smaller scoops, and all the snacking before hand i will put on a plate and sit and eat instead of grazing. I have had 2 csections, 1 just 8 months ago. My apron is gone. my belly is a little fatty right above my scar but its not noticable. Im 5'5 and 141lbs so Im not real small either. I have done 3 rounds of the 30 day shred along with counting calories and it has really worked awesome on my belly. Good luck!:smile:
