I'm trying to win some serious cash lol. I am in a Biggest Loser contest with my fam. Most of them don't have kids or have people who can actually babysit their kids. They have all lost so much already and I barely lost 6. I have 38 days to go before final weigh in.

I really want to get the Zumba DVDs. I'm waiting until our tax money comes in so my husband feels better when I tell him I spent $60 on workout DVDS lol. I try and incorporate moves I've seen on the many other DVDs I have and I sometimes put on a dance workout DVD. I use their moves just make them faster. Feels less like…

I am another person recommending 30-day Shred and also if you have DirecTV or Comcast there are usually some great workouts On Demand. Most are only 20-30 minutes. Just an idea.

Thanks everyone! I used to work at Big 5 Sporting Goods when I was a teen. I remember now that the Polar brand was pretty good. Man I used to know all about them not I can't even remember! That was only 6 years ago lol.

Well.... I lost 5 pounds this month. Smoke maybe a few times a week. I make sure I exercise way before and for my munchies I munch on a frozen dark chocolate bar. Takes longer to eat since its so hard and it's good for you! Most of the time I don't even make it through the whole bar.
