That was sweet :) I have heard that it's good to occasionally go over on your calories because it tricks your body's metabolism. You have to surprise it every once in a while. Also it keeps you from going crazy and totally overindulging.

I don't know I've never tried it but have wanted to. 300 seems pretty good to me, yoga is a lower impact exercise... Does it really get your heart rate up high?

It is hard to eat 1200, but if you added even just 100 more a day you would still be losing weight. Eating every couple of hours isn't a bad thing, just try to fill up on high protein and or high fiber foods.

I guess it would depend on how much protein. I know that excess protein can be hard on your kidneys long term... I would research it though, I'm no doctor! Weight watchers also has a bread at 45 calories a slice. It is high in fiber too.

I don't have a gym either, but I recently found that hulu.com has free exercise tv where you can find all kinds of workouts, aerobics, yoga, pilates, you name it. all you need is a little space around your computer! I bet your kids would do that with you too! Good…

Sara Lee Delightful bread is actually pretty normal tasting. It is 45 cals per slice. It is usually a little more expensive than regular bread, but I think its worth it. As far as tortillas, I'm still looking... They do tast like cardboard! For now I just eat the small soft taco size...
