I've been snacking on dry roasted edamame from Costco...each serving has 14g protein and only 2g net carbs. Also lowfat greek yogurt for breakfast or in smoothies...try Fage brand if you can find it, it's sooo delicious. Tuna is great as well, I'm not a fish fan but I love a nice tuna steak or tuna salad. Good luck!

Turkey and chicken breast meat (lunchmeat slices are easy on the go), tuna, fat free dairy products (with no sugar added, they already have some carbs) eggs. (hard boiled, good for on the go.) I ran into that problem too, mostly because I wanted convenience foods because I am always on the go, I just had to find easy to pack foods and make a conscious effort to add them in. Good luck!

  • canned tuna in water low sodium is the way to go. on avg like 23g of pro per can and 0(zero) carbs. tastes great when drained and tossed in a salad

100 cal packs of almonds, individual string cheese, yogurt (low-sugar), boiled eggs and special K protein water are all good sources of protein with not too many calories. cereals too.
  • Low fat cottage cheese is a great one! :)
