I need 350 more calories to meet my calorie goal tonight, but can only have 7 grams of fat. Any ideas????

    One scrambled egg with two or three egg whites. Add your favorite veggies like tomatoes or spinach or mushrooms and spices. Have a slice of plain toast and jelly on the side. (I love breakfast for dinner!)

    cereal will help you consume lowfat calories.

    This is what I usually have for breakfast or a snack:
    1 plain rice cake = 35 cals
    1 TBSP all natural p.nut butter Like Adams) =100 cals
    1 Tbsp of Smuckers All fruit Spread (I use seedless raspberry) = 40 cals
    total cals= 175 and you'd be safe in the fats!!!
