I have been trying different recipes for "Gatorade" and think this one might be the best. 32 oz of water, herbal tea or coconut water. 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt. ( I use Himalayan sea salt) 1/4 teaspoon of calcium magnesium powder (for energy). I use it but it can be left out of the recipe. Maybe check with a doctor before…
