I am not sure about a 5:2 diet but every month I do a modified juice fast( I do allow myself to eat the veggies raw etc) and I always lose and get over being stuck although I am very large I have pcos and weight loss is a struggle for me too.. My version definitely works so I am sure this can work for some..

I have pcos as well. I have had a period for a year straight even bleeding after dncs.. I would love to have the support and other pcos women on my team . Please feel free to add me. I also have found acupuncture to help with my pcos, and my friend who tried has conceived with acupuncture.

You had wls, which is different then the regular person doing it on their own. Some people who are obese can lose muscle mass if they eat too few calories. I am also a vegetarian and go over my sugar, however I am still losing( i do have pcos so its slow for me), but I do enjoy my fruit I am just trying to limit fruit to 3 a day..

hi i have a fitbit as well although I dont go on their message boards. I love love it and wear it all the time everywhere. I find it also gives me a good idea of how many calories I burn a day and to sometimes tweak things for me, such as calories i eat a day etc. In addition it lets me know about how many calroies i burn…
