Pay attention to your foods, get sleep, drinks lot of water, exercise 5 times a week. It will start to come off, just have to work at it. The site is very helpful. I work all the time, the key is preparation, you can do it. Good luck!

I like muscle milk, you drink after you workout to build lean muscles, and you can use it as a meal replacement, and yes it does make you full!

Well now you recognize the changes, and you will change when you make up in your mind that you want to change, not before or after. I have discovered after trying EVERYTHING, that there is no miracle pill or diet, it took effort to get it on, and it will take hard effort to get it off. Good luck!
