I gotta say...I tried really really hard this weekend and I think I did ok for the amount of food that was in front of me. I did happen to have a couple of drinks which I know are a big NO NO on induction but I kept them to a minimum and also used diet mix. The quad days work for me. I Always have Zumba on Tuesdays and Thursdays which are higher calorie burns for me. I'm also going to be starting C25K....AGAIN and doing it on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. If I'm still in induction and have an off day where I eat more than 20g of carbs and or foods with sugar am I going to be out of ketosis and have to start all over again? It hasn't happened yet but I want to have my information before hand, just be sure.

Here is Canada it's on the shelves with the rest of the cereal (called Milled Flaxseed, although I'm sure different in the UK). I used to live in South Shields, Have you looked in Tesco? I would think that it would have to be there.

Thanks for the suggestions! I'm sure I'll be trying them all lol. When I get a sweet tooth it drives me nuts! Im going to have to try something so i dont cave in and have that chocolate bar. I feel so much better eating this way and the daily bloating has subsided. I'll definitely have to check out that website.

Just wondering if anybody has any suggestions for a sweet snack? I'm in the induction phase and get a craving for something sweet every once in awhile. The most that I've tried is an Atkins Advantage bar or a diet soda. There must be something else??

I also tried the MIM this morning for the first time and LOVED IT! I'm so glad there is a substitute for bread, as I'm a bread lover although it was sabotaging my weight loss

What do you Atkins followers suggest eating before working out? Before I would have some carbs to give me energy but that's a no go...

Ok another silly question....I have always kept up on my water intake which has me going to the bathroom regularily. I'm on day 2 of induction phase but I have noticed that I'm going to the bathroom a lot more frequently. Is this cause from cutting out the carbs or am I just crazy? :ohwell:

I would love to see some as well! I signed up for Zumba last week and now going to do it 2 days a week. I absolutely love it and have so much fun but it would be nice to see some people that have had results with it!! :happy:

Hey Knotty Girls sorry I've been MIA this weekend I had my sons birthday and then a family emergency so I wasn't able to work out. I'm going to try and work extra hard this week because my kiddo is with his dad for 2 weeks so I can exercise anytime I want. You're all doing awesome!
