Ok I lied I had to do something even if it was for only 15 minutes. My burn today is 163. Pretty small but considering it was supposed to be my rest day it's not bad! lol

Well I was going to do my run today but I will wait until tomorrow since it's the triple day. I think today is going to be my day off since I haven't had one since Sunday. I'll keep you all posted on my burn for tomorrow!! Have a great weekend!!! :drinker:

I took a look at the map. Now this is just my opinion but I think we should go after BB BUCS. They're coming up pretty close and I don't know about you guys but if we were that close we'd be given it hell to make it ahead which I'm sure they are??

Everybody is doing great!! Me on the other hand not so much this weekend :( I just got home and sooo exhausted that I'm heading to bed soon and don't have the energy to workout. I'm gonna definitely get into gear this week for sure!! Even getting my stationary bike on Friday :)

I agree!!! I dont understand how people can get such high calorie burns :ohwell: I have to use what MFP generates for me, although I really need a HRM cause I'm sure I burn more...I least I think I do! My calorie burn for July 4th was 390. I need to move it up a little I'm thinking. Plus it's TOM which REALLY sucks!! Too bloated to want to move :grumble: My vote for banner is the 2nd one! It's seems kinda motivational :smile:

Thanks!! :) I actually surprised myself and started on week 3 again and pushed myself through it. On to W3D2 tomorrow!! I think I need to save up and get spme new shoes too, my one foot always goes numb half way through a run. I think I would do so much better if I had proper shoes to run in.

ugh I've completely fell off the C25K wagon. I'm so MAD at myself!! I'm going to start again with week 2 even though I was just about done week 3 and get back at er. I really really want to run a 5km trail run that is held in my home town every September. Here goes nothing....again...

I can't quite remember if it was book #4, I just remember which book I liked the best but You could be right about the number. I can't wait to see how it plays out because if what happens in the book happens on the show it's gonna be a gooder!!!
