I'm down 0.5 this week, can't seem to stop over eating. Hopefully this week is better. I think this season is going to be great! Its my favorite book out of the series yay!! I also got to watch episode 2 which was a nice surprise!!

DARN IT!! I've been so busy this week I haven't had a chance to do C2K5 at all. I think I'm going to have to start week 3 over again and get back in the groove Sunday evening.

Going to complete W3D2 tonight and then day 3 tomorrow. Won't be able to start week 4 until Sunday as this weekend is busy busy for me. I really need new shoes though, my right foot tends to go numb by the time I am finished the 30 minutes. That can't be normal? I'm hoping it's just my shoes and nothing serious.

I'm in the same boat. I used to be conscience of what I was eating and exercsing and seemed to lose weight. I started MFP and have gained 10lbs since starting, I'm not sure if it's because I'm constantly worried and obsessed about eating my calories and then eat too much or don't eat enough. It's a battle I'm going to have…

W3D1 finished! Gonna give myself a rest and continue on with day 2 on Sunday. I really enjoy it but the runs don't seem to be getting easier for me. Hopefully as time goes on they do...

W2D3 done! Slowly making my way back. I'm going to start W3D1 tomorrow, I don't find doing two consecutive days too bad but I'm just doing it until I'm semi caught up. Need to give my legs a rest!

Don't feel bad, everybody has their ups and downs. Everybody is bound to have a gain once in awhile. Besides you're in this for yourself!

Well I FINALLY finished W2D1 tonight. I might have to do a few consecutive days but I'm hoping to catch up with the rest of the group. I gotta say it was tough though after having so many days in between. I'll be doing my best not to let that happen again so I can keep my endurance level up!

I've been out of touch lately....crazy busy week and I can't wait for it to get back to normal!! I'm not 100% sure but I think I've also gained this week too :( I still haven't completed week 2 and might have to over lap it with week 3 next week but I'm going to get it done.
