Darn it, I was going to start W2D1 tonight and now I have to leave town for the next couple of days and won't be able to start until Thursday which means I'm going to have to do Thursday. Saturday and Sunday to get my week 2 done. Hopefully can start W3D1 next Tuesday and be right back on track....wow I'm way too busy :(

I'll give it a shot! I'm doing a running program as well so need something to tone and the 30DS should hopefully do it! :)

Try breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. It seems to help me when I get stitches :)

Ok I'm finally back!!! Went away for the weekend = poor food choices and no jumping jacks :( but i got my workout in tonight and ready to rock and roll again! Good luck with the weigh in tomorrow, we can do this!!! :happy:

W1D3 finally done today. I was supposed to finish it Friday but ended up leaving town and didn't want to workout outside somewhere that I wasn't used to. It kind of threw my schedule off but it's done! Going to start week 2 tomorrow so I can get back on my schedule. Good luck all you week 2-er's!

I read through this and didn't see any difference with the times for walking and jogging. Is it more so for keeping track with the timer?

Hey that's not a bad idea! We should all come up with a mini challenge for our team members to try and complete each day. It gets us moving and possibly putting us further ahead of the other teams. Just a suggestion! You can all tell me to zip it too!!! :laugh:

I'm walking at 3.3 and also jogging at 3.3. I want to build up my jogging endurance before I increase the speed lol.

I quit smoking 17 days ago. My turning point was when I first decided to do the C25K a couple of weeks ago and after day one I was pretty sure I was going to cough up a lung! :noway: I can finally say that even though it's been only 17 days I have so much more air in my lungs and it feels great! :)

I've also start the c25k program. Today will be week 1 day 2. I'm really hoping I can run the 5k by the end of summer so I can participate in the annual trail run that we have here in the fall. Did it take you longer then the 9 weeks to be running the 5k?

Thanks! I did do cardio again yesterday but that was before I seen your post. I'll stick to weights on Tuesdays and Thursdays now! I for sure don't want to lose my muscle.

Just wondering...my C25K days so far are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I want to do cardio on Tuesdays and Thursdays but I know that I'm supposed to give my legs a break between C25K workouts. Would going on an elliptical on Tuesdays and Thursdays do me more harm then good???

I don't any problems with exercising. Im currently doing C25K and hope to be able to run a 5km in September! Once in awhile I need a little nudge to get off the couch but I feel great once I'm working out. My trouble area is food, I LOVE food!!! I do really good with my calorie intake and whoops!...totally fall off the…

Does that HRM come with a chest strap as well? I'm looking for a HRM to purchase as well, I want it to have a chest strap so it's more accurate but also can't spend a lot of money.

I'm pretty sure when I checked awhile back it was scheduled to air the beginning of June as well so they must have changed it to the 26th....either way I'm super stoked! Can't wait!
