£25 a month, small gym but well equipped, swimming pool with jacussi, sauna & steam rooms. I often think of cancelling and using the park(free) as it has own body weight equipment but no swimming pool lol

I'm assuming mfp subtract calories from the garmin calories as calories you would have burned doing nothing. Mfp does seem to give a more generous amount for walking than garmin just lately, so i always where my hrm when walking dogs, i still get lower but would rather go with the garmin. I did try walking dogs last week…

You can connect garmin to mfp and it auto adds as exercise

If it's part of your normal daily activity that is normal( even at sedentary level) then no i wouldn't, but if its done intentionally then yes

Thanks

Yes and some foods can interact with the medication, so definitely check with the Dr, good luck

If i go for a fast walk or to the gym within 30 mins of eating i actually go dizzy about half way through

I agree with 999tigge.........Don't avoid foods or eating out, just make better choices. I've eaten out a few times this year and still loosing. If you start cutting and not enjoying what you are eating you have a higher chance of failure( thats the way i see it) As in all things moderation is the key

If you don't want anything, don't force it, just have them next day or add a little over a few days.

I tried searching and can only find rock candy , maybe i will just list as that , but not sure how much i would take in as you suck on them?

I used to have shakes everyday for breakfast, until i developed kidney stones :( Now i eat breakfast.

Yes i like to get minimum 2 dog walks a day preferably 3! we have 3 staffys and will take 1 at a time, 2 huskys are my eldest which she walks and hubby walks the other 2 huskys as to powerful for me. I really need to start walking faster or slow jog as doing this has made me fitter and my calorie burn is not as great :(

mines 70-72bpm but i am 48 female lol

I did this , became a distributer too , its not as good as its made out to be, i felt light headed on the shakes and my younger daughter got gallstones!! Not a coincidence either

Also remember that you might still weigh the same as you did before and just need to get some weights to redefine your body. I know this sounds strange but last year at just 2lbs higher than i am now, my body composition was different as i had spent more time in the gym. I was slimmer , i slacked off for a while and then…

I always wear my heart rate monitor for my dog walks, i like to do 3 a day ( we have 7 dogs) and vary in speed , there are also hills involved and uneven tracks as it's across fields, i find it very energising and could easily go some more if i had the time lol
-
I'm in Leicestershire/Warwickshire any one can add me

If i was to just do my driving and day to day tasks at home ( no dog walking or exercise whatsoever) my calorie burn is just 1680 a day this includes doing about 4000-5000 steps. this is calculated by my vivofit ! Which in affect is only 235 calories more burned per day than the calculation for staying in bed all day ,…

Turn off step tracking on mfp app. Go to settings / steps/ don't track steps that should help.

Heinz 70% less fat salad cream is very tasty and only 46 calories for 33g

Basically as i have learned through mfp , your mfp calorie is already less your 500 a week needed for weight loss , so if you exercise as well you are burning extra calories, so for a steady 1lb a week loss posters recommend eating at least 50% of those exercise calories to keep your body functioning properly and well…
-
I'd have used the extra calories for a treat of some sort , something pleasurable :)
