That was pretty entertaining for me. Thank Zeus for whoever posted those threads (there was also one about a turkey sandwich and a couple about soup).

MFP has changed. I miss the good ol' days when people were snarky deckwads. It must be the carbs.
-
BTW, you should check out the Weight Watchers forums. Those are some stone-cold broads. Sparkpeople is a little more sunshine and rainbows, but there's still some tough love there.
-
All the carbs.

This is the vibe I'm getting as well. I wonder if comments like this would sit well with anyone saying this guy is just trying to be motivating.
-
In... just because.
-
It's the same in the US.

It's supposed to annoy you. I wouldn't be surprised if Daily Mail misquoted this lady or put words in her mouth. I find it humorous that they bother to mention things like the fact that her two children have different fathers! How dare she?

Nothing is wrong with it if it's working for you. It just doesn't seem to work for many people on here.
-
This is pretty much what I do.

It's just seen as a more feminine style. You'll find more women than men wearing tank tops outside the gym, too. You'll also find more women than men wearing short shorts, yoga pants and sports bras.

In for ketones.

Saving for later.

Well, you just use this nifty site called MyFitnessPal. You enter your stats and then eat the number of calories you're allotted. Oh, wait. You're on the site right now.
-
Simply eating too much.

In for the shock and horror. Also, does anyone else think the concept of "emotionsl cheating" is BS? I would just call it your SO being an insensitive jerk. I don't know why we need to give it a weighty name to justify the butthurt.
-
If you don't have time to faf about with weighing your food then you really don't know how much you are eating. It could be a lot more than you think.
-
So do you think you look obese but your BMI does not indicate that? Or the other way around?
-
I would wager that those people aren't as active as OP and don't weigh over 200 pounds.
-
Assuming you are accurately logging your food you should be losing weight easily. Any chance that you've been sleep-eating? (I think I watch too much TV)

It's complicated. For one thing, I think it is hard to draw a line between "fat" and "not fat". At 20 pounds overweight, am I fat? If so, is 15 pounds overweight fat? if not, is 25 pounds? 30? Aside from that we're taught from a young age that fat is bad, and fat is not what we want to be. So even if we are considered…

PB & Co Smooth Operator & Smucker's Strawberry Jam. Or if you want to get REALLY CRAZY use PB & Co White Chocolate Wonderful and some raspberry jam. Edit: I'm not crazy about grape jelly, but the best grape jelly I got was at Whole Foods. I don't recall the brand name, but I think there was a panda on the the jar.

Can I use organic, non-GMO, aged cheddar, free-range organic, rock-roasted chicken slices and gluten-free artisan quinoa bread instead? Edit: With just a shmear of my special cauli-mayo, of course.

This is a) not a recipe and b) not any more vegetarian than the original version. That being said, I'm sure all of us Kraft (or Annie's, if you're a hippie) mac and cheese fans have made our own additions: ketchup, hotodgs, mixed veggies... sometimes I even add some diced green chilis.

No. All the cardio involved would runin my gainz.

The title leaves a reader to believe this thread is about PLAIN yogurt.
-
For me it seems accurate to the extent that if I stayed within those calories I would lose weight.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I went to Moe's Southwest Grill on Friday, and the workers were making an effort to serve level scoops of the various ingredients. Now you just have to worry about the free chips (or not depending on your goals).

You can usually exchange clothes without a receipt (as long as the tags are on).

Thanks. I'll send you a dime when I get a chance.
