Maybe your settings are off on MFP? Your calorie intake just seems really low. I'm not really an expert or anything so who knows, but following what they have said I have my settings at sedentary (I work a desk job) and losing 1lb a week. I make a root beer float using Cool Whip Free and Diet root beer. Or air popped popcorn with some fat-free butter spray and then that popcorn sprinkle cheese stuff (Sorry I don't have a more official name for it)

I ate a sleeve of Thin Mints on my cheat day and didn't even feel bad about it... Ok maybe a little bad, but anything with the name "thin" in it can't be all that bad, right?? :)
