  • best exercises for toning are high rep with less than 30 sec rest between sets so 3 sets of 12-15 reps of curls bench flys over head press and really anything will help
  • its really good, it doesnt just stop it but guides it. I used to be very bad on cholesterol but it is actually able to show how much i should consume and ive been pretty consistent on keeping it below. Good luck!
