I found it cheaper to pack my lunches with sandwiches or tuna packets. You can change it up often, save money, and make what you want. No rule about bringing your own food into the cafeterias. Hey worry just saw this, my favorites are homemade chicken fajitas with a lettuce shell Chicken with peppers Steak and Eggs (except the cholesterol is through the roof) Tuna straight from the packet Pork Chops with sauteed onions. I dont think its necessary to go spend money on a diet plan when you can just curtail your current diet with what you can find in a store. I was suprised when i started inputing my meals into the calculator to find what foods werent bad and what snacks were terrible. Some of the cheapest meals are my diet meals for me.…

I actually just read something in men's fitness on the same thing. They said its better to go 10% above, 10% below and right on your calorie count for the day. It keeps the body guessing. Its a "Zig-Zag".

i had alot of that same problem with headaches and stuff so i went to a doctor and he told me that i should take a daily vitamin. yeah and i sweat only heavily when i do physical activity but i also get a little sweaty when i do any moving around activity (i.e. climbing stairs or walking to class). Unfortunately that is part of the downward spiral that i think we all faced. When people get overweight, they lose the motivation to get to the gym. i really just count those calories as a bonus and still try to stay under. There have been days where i have had a calculated 1000 extra calories available and usually dont go over my usual limit.

I never eat the calories i burn through exercise. I let them be my extra for the day.

I usually like to eat something that can put quick carbs and protein back in my system. An apple with peanut butter Chocolate Milk Nutri-Grain bar

Had this because I can make it all in a microwave 1 small baked potato w/o butter (i seasoned it with spices) 1 can of a favorite soup (i use tomato or chicken noodle) 1 medium size piece of chicken that is already cooked, just needs to be reheated.
