Making another attempt to battle the bulge. Hoping the food diary will be an incentive to stop my mindless eating.

its really good, it doesnt just stop it but guides it. I used to be very bad on cholesterol but it is actually able to show how much i should consume and ive been pretty consistent on keeping it below. Good luck!0

I agree this is a great tool! Before I eat or drink anything but water I stop and think about where I am with my goals for the day. Having a place to log them and get feedback is wonderful!!!0
