i started my diet 3 days ago breakfast: coffee, or tea and mapel syrup oatmeal lunch: yogert and banana or sweat patoto with peas dinner: soy chicken pattie on whole wheat bread i drink ALOT of coffee (usually black) and green tea, herbal tea, and black tea alllllll day long and i started to drink ALOT of water
