how long to see results!?!

i am currently runnin 2 miles a day, i am lifting alot of weight between 10 to 15 pounds
how long will it take to build muscle and lose my chub! i'm a little chubby! and i'm 5'4 and 149
i just want to lose the fat and become musclar with broad shoulders, skinny waist, hips and legs and big musclar arms!

    Depends on how much you eat.
  • i started my diet 3 days ago
    breakfast: coffee, or tea and mapel syrup oatmeal
    lunch: yogert and banana or sweat patoto with peas
    dinner: soy chicken pattie on whole wheat bread
    i drink ALOT of coffee (usually black) and green tea, herbal tea, and black tea alllllll day long
    and i started to drink ALOT of water

    While everyone is different, it does take time to see results.

    If you recently started exercising and your muscles aren't used to it, your body might tend to hold onto water weight because your muscles are not used to that much exercise and need to heal. Also, remember that it's very important to take rest days!

    A whole lot longer than 3 days. Patience grasshopper. Just keep doing what you're doing exercise wise, eat at a reasonable calorie deficit and check back in after a couple of months.
