  • I was gonna pick up a case of thoes instant breakfasts I was reading if you drink one as soon as you wake up and then eat breakfast a hour later is messes up your motabalism and you gain faster.
  • lol I did the weight loss thing already and kinda missed my mark lol I was 185 and 5'9 but I ended up missing my target weight by quite a bit and now im too thin.

  • Hey hey im new trying to get to 165 pounds at 135 now. I find it hard to find high calories without getting too much sodium and Im not getting enuff fiber so any tips?
  • Hi Im Nathan and Im new around here. My target weight is 165 so i get 2,582 calories a day but i am haveing trouble getting it all in me and end up drinkin 8 cups of milk a day to make up for some. Anyone else here gaining weight?
