Hi Im Nathan and Im new around here. My target weight is 165 so i get 2,582 calories a day but i am haveing trouble getting it all in me and end up drinkin 8 cups of milk a day to make up for some. Anyone else here gaining weight?
Hey hey im new trying to get to 165 pounds at 135 now. I find it hard to find high calories without getting too much sodium and Im not getting enuff fiber so any tips?
