I work out 6-7 days I try to take one day of and it's 75min a day. My husband says nothing about my time. To get a great veggie base for soup get a cabbage and cook it in water but don't drown it and it makes a great base for soup. You can use some of the cabbage in the soup. Add carrots, parsnips(great instead of potatoes) turnips, tomatoes and any other veggie you can think of. Parsnips make great mash. Have fun

Don't give up , it took time put on the pounds and it will take time to get them off again I am 54 and want to lose 88lbs and so far I have lost 23lbs but I had to work at it. I plan on having this weight of in one year or so Good Luck to you

I do 50 mins 6days a week Sunday is my day off. When I get bored I will do a little mini work out 25 mins . This will help to keep me going as some days I just want to sit on the sofa. But I work out and think of Sundays my sofa day lol

I love Amy's but you should still watch the sodium. Don't for get salads and fruit for lunch there quick and easy most fast foods places do salads

Hi feel free to add me,I joined a while ago but did nothing to change my weight until July of this year. When I weighed in this time I was 88lbs over weight, I have taken off 23lbs thanks to my fitnesspal.

I don't think going over your daily goal is a good thing. But I do understand that it is hard to use up your daily goal. The something happens to me.
