Starting weight: 135 lbs Goal weight: 132 lbs in 3 weeks sounds reasonable. So aiming for a 3 lbs loss total. Pick any mini goal: 1) Hydration 💦 128 oz a day 2) Diet 🥑🥦 Get back to weighing my food. (I slacked on this the past 3 weeks and gained weight!) Also, eat at a small caloric deficit. 3) Fitness 👟 30 minutes minimum…

Great job, GW4321! I forgot to post yesterday's so here it is: Starting weight: 135 lbs Goal weight: 132 lbs in 3 weeks sounds reasonable. So aiming for a 3 lbs loss total. Awesome, Michelle! I found your challenge! It works great with the one I started yesterday. I love this one because it's challenging without feeling impossible. I'm in! Starting weight: 135 lbs Goal weight: 132 lbs in 3 weeks sounds reasonable. So aiming for a 3 lbs loss total. Pick any mini goal: 1) Hydration 💦…

That is really smart. Which Ranch seasoning do you use?

I lost 90 lbs on WW back in 2004 and kept it off for 5 years til I had back to back pregnancies (the second with modified bed rest.) Even then I didn’t gain it ALL back, but I had a good chunk to lose. I started WW again in early 2013 but I didn’t love spending so much money to feel like I was starving all the time. A…

I eat there quite a bit and it used to be that the portions were much larger than the serving sizes in the database. They’ve shrunk, but sometimes when you get a rebel behind the counter they’re bigger. If I have a huge amount of calories and and I’m hungry I’ll eat a whole chicken bowl. What I’ve been doing LATELY is…

I just came across this 3 year old post after doing a search in the forums for "zucchini" because I wanted some new ways to use mine up, and this is just the thing I needed. Not sure if you're active on here anymore or not, but thanks for sharing! :D

Yes, yes, yes, all of this! I started WW in 2004 when it was still Weight Watchers and I was coming in super green. I was raised in a super clueless household with parents who taught me super bad habits and an extremely warped idea of which foods are "healthy." I just did not have a clue. At the time I started I was a…

I don't think how they're cooked affects their calorie count in a significant way unless you're adding oils/sprays, so I have always just logged the eggs. :)

I used to drink my coffee very light like that, but I decided to wean off of all that "cream" (whole milk) for calorie reasons. I used to require whole milk or cream plus sugar, but I slowly decreased the amounts of both over time so that my tastebuds grew accustomed to having darker coffee. My current go to is Califia…

I am on MFP to drop an unfortunate 20 lbs I’ve gained over the past 3 years or so. (Well, it was 43 but I’m down 23 since getting back on MFP.) I stopped working out after motherhood and did a lot of take out, plus stress, life etc. I just didn’t make myself a priority. 🤦🏻♀️ BUT I have an old transformation to share to…

YES! I Love Caulipower pizza! My kids love the 4 cheese and I am a big fan of the margherita. Yum! I have also made these homemade, but the Caulipower brand is my go to for frozen.

Oh wow, I forgot about 30DS and I totally still have the DVD in my collection. 😄 I had great results after my daughter was born. (She’s 9 now and I let some of the weight creep back on.) Maybe I’ll give it a go tomorrow!

I love that idea! How very clever! 🤗

I second what the others have said about drinking water! Sometimes I assumed I was hungry when really I was just thirsty. Increasing my water intake has made such a HUGE difference! Oh, and making sure I eat enough protein and healthy fats. They keep me more satiated than just fruit. If I do have a cara cara orange or…

I actually just use YouTube! I like a channel called Yoga with Adriene. I’ve tried others as well. I haven’t done it in quite a while, but I remember enjoying it. Good luck!

Hi all! I'm 36 and I want to lose between 20-30 lbs, but honestly probably closer to the 30. It depends on how much muscle I put on; the last time I did this I was shocked to find that I was happy with my body 10 lbs heavier than my goal weight on paper was, because I had muscle. I would love some more…

Me! 🙋🏻♀️ I lost 90 lbs back in 2004 and kept it off til after I had kids. Now I’m back with 20-30 lbs to lose this time, because while I slipped on some things I never ever went back to the habits that got me to my highest weight in the first place.

🙋🏻♀️ I’ll be your friend!

Hi everyone! I’ve been on MFP on & off since 2013. I used it to drop the baby weight after my second born. Now she’s 9 and I’ve gained back a lot of the weight. 🤦🏻♀️ Been logging in again for almost a year but only started *diligent* tracking/exercising again in November after I saw a pic of myself from Halloween. Would…

You need to know your time of birth and location, ex: March 27th, 2009 at 1:03 a.m. in San Diego, Ca . Then you can plug it into a free birth chart thing online, or find an astrologer to help you out.

What a cool combo! I'm also Aries sun with Libra rising, but I have a Cancer moon.

Anyone feel free to add me as well. I have been on MFP on & off since spring of 2013 and have had great results here when I stick to diligent tracking/exercising. I most recently got serious about changing again after this past Halloween when I realized I had let myself go and had packed on quite a few pounds. I…

I had 2 breakfasts today. 😄 Breakfast #1 was two mugs of coffee each with 1 Tbsp hazelnut coconut cream/almond milk creamer and Ceylon cinnamon, a cup of oven roasted sweet potato cubes, a fried egg topped with a third of a slice of bacon, crumbled, 1/2 a small avocado and 1 chicken & maple sausage patty. For second…
