I have an open diary and eat about 1400 calories a day usually a bit higher. I eat all day long. Keeps me full and not tempted to eat takeaways. More friends that eat would be good :)

I weigh myself and log that weight every sunday morning after going to the bathroom and before eating or drinking anything. I'll weigh myself every couple of days in the morning but just to make sure the scale is heading in the right direction. I dont freak out if the scale goes up unless its a Sunday :)

oooh I'd love to know about these too. Saw them on an episode of Supersize vs Superskinny on You Tube lastnight and the chick using them (gym trainer) had awsome looking arms and swears by them

I have wavy, boofy hair. Coconut oil with a bit of honey is great to use! I use about a cup of coconut oil and about a half tablespoon of honey and warm it up in the microwave. You need to eat more. 1200 should be the minimum. You're also going quite high over in sodium which will be holding on to water weight. Cut down on the takeaways and try to eat more meat, fruit and veggies. This will help cut down sodium. If you exercise eat back some of your calories. 1200 is Net

In your case I would see the workout as being beneficial for increasing muscle and a toned body.. Calorie deficit for weightloss..

my diary is open. It can be hard keeping under on sodium but I try and pre-plan my day and adjust bits here and there as I need too :)

Agree with sushi but another idea is KFC Twister Pepper Mayo - 525 calories, Supercharged Twister - 488 calories. Depends if this would fill you up which it was enough for me for tea and I could have a healthy snack at home later

If you are full after 1100 calories and feel guilty of not hitting 1200 is there maybe a liquid drink you could have that would bump it up? Milk or a healthy juice perhaps?

Spicy fruit muffin split with some margarine. Just over 200 calories. Not much for breakfast cause I prefer having larger meals later in the day :)

Ive been a member since Apr 2012 and lost nearly 17kgs but I also slacked off and put back on 9 :( I deleted my account and started a new one(hated my username and couldnt change it) plus this account is a fresh start. I went through every can to check the calories and sodium lol and have just bought the same brands ever since. I also use prime beef mince. I would prefer premium but Im a tightarse lol

I get about 500gm of mince, brown it. Put in a can of chilli beans and a can of flavoured chop tomatoes. Mixed herbs and cayenne pepper and chilli flakes (I like mine HOT!) and some Worcester Sauce.
