You need to open up your food diary..0

You didnt gain it in a day you wont lose it in a day. Remember the body's natural state is to hold onto weight that's what has ensured our survival during times of starvation. Keep pushing forward.0

What do you eat? How much do you eat? How much do you exercise? Do you weigh your food with a food scale? How are you measuring calories burned? Have you calculated your BMR and TDEE?
Important questions need important answers.0 -
I figured out now after 10 weeks MFP is saying you burn a lot more than you really do (not just you, all of us).
I got a fitness tracker (FitBit) and now I have a way better understanding of why I was in plateau - I wasn't really burning all the calories when I entered the workouts in MFP, I was burning about half.
Get a heart rate monitor, watch your calories and MEASURE ALL YOUR FOOD.
That should help with any discrepancies.0 -
I'd make sure that the calories you are eating are nutritional and you are maximizing them. I'd also try to be incredibly consistent on your work out. When I go every single day for a week, I will see a great loss. But if I keep missing days here and there and my consistency suffers... my weight loss suffers.0

Yeah, I hate that.0

Firstly, you can loose inches and not lbs. Also, Have your doctor run some blood tests for thyroid, vitamin d, cortisol, ect. those are things that can hinder your weight loss. make sure your calories are GOOD calories. not just that you're staying under. you need vitamins.0
