I once went head of heels in my body combat class. My feet stayed my body went. Needles to stay the class was packed and I was the person that never missed the class so it wasn't like I was new my friend who was beside me almost stepped on me . Yay me !!

I am also in Canada, New Brunswick and for myself and my faince we spend about 300-350. I just recently started couponing and really budgeting and I have managed to save about 40 bucks per grocery bill !!!

Hi I no I loooove cheese. But to limit myself because I would it a entire block I buy the babybel light cheese snacks about 50 cal in each snack they are made by laughing cow and there are a number of different varities :)

Agreed !!!! My legs are KILLING me .....I love the class its soo much fun but I find if I take a bit its brutal when you come back. I am glad I am not the only one !!

If I don't have a lot in the house for lunch food I usually turn to a whole wheat english muffin with2 egg whites and some low fat chesse; its really yummy!!!

Yes, I once ready an article that said if you drink 1 cup of green tea a day you will loose something like 10 pounds in a year. I am not sure how much truth is in it but I think it has something to do with your metabolism or something. Its a nice alternative anyway you don't want coffee but a warm drink in any case LOL
