  • Thanks for posting this! It's an awesome thread. I knew some of it but the fact that drinking pop is just empty calories makes me not want to any more... I don't even have it in my fridge. I will drink coffee because I need the boost when I wake up but this is going to be a lifestyle change, which means I am pledging now…
  • I had never meesed with the my foods tab... I just did it that way and it was so much easier. Its faster and much more accurate now! thanks!
  • I am 5'6" and I am aiming at 150... I am built pretty ahletically too so I understand what you mean when people don't think that you should "settle" for that goal. My low end of the BMI chart said I could go to 120something and that is completely unrealistic. As long as you feel good with what you look like thats all that…
  • Thanks guys! sorry I didn't respond sooner. My internet was out for a few days! >.<
  • I know you have heard a million people saying how he should love you no matter what blah blah blah... but I know how you feel. I am one of those people with horrible self esteem. My husband recently started seeming very disinterested in me and I asked why and after a lot of prying he finally told me that it would be good…

  • I have been on here for a few days... just joined Friday. I have been diagnosed with PCOS and crohns disease. Right now the dr has me on metformin to see if that will help some but she also told me that my weight is probably playing a huge role as well so here I am. I am on a mission to lose 50 lbs... once i reach that I…
  • I'm TTC as well... We have been trying since March 2010. It is a very frustrating journey. Basically the doctor told me I need to lose weight first off and she put me on Metformin to help my hormones get back on track.... Evidently insulin issues are a common reason for annovulation. So we will see if this whole process…
  • Thanks! it definitely sounds like something that will be good for us... cant wait for tax returns to get it! :)
  • Thanks! I think this will go very well. This kinda reminds me of weight watchers except I don't feel like a weirdo labeling points on my food lol. Yes, they are checking my husband too... he has an appt soon! :)
  • Thanks.. they actually just put me on Metformin today to see if that will help and are in the process of starting whatever treatments will be needed... they did diagnose me with PCOS. Finally after a year of this crap I got a dr who listens and in one visit did all of this :)
  • It will be a year in May. My hubby is in the Marines and deploys sometime this summer and we want to have a baby on the way before he leaves but it seems like there is no hope. If this will help I am all for trying!
