I am 5'6" and I am aiming at 150... I am built pretty ahletically too so I understand what you mean when people don't think that you should "settle" for that goal. I have heard that they are actually negative amounts because they are diuretics and you have to cancel them out with more water. :( this sucks. I love coffee and pop!

I'm TTC as well... We have been trying since March 2010. It is a very frustrating journey. Basically the doctor told me I need to lose weight first off and she put me on Metformin to help my hormones get back on track.... Evidently insulin issues are a common reason for annovulation. So we will see if this whole process…

Thanks! I think this will go very well. This kinda reminds me of weight watchers except I don't feel like a weirdo labeling points on my food lol. Yes, they are checking my husband too... he has an appt soon! :)

Thanks.. they actually just put me on Metformin today to see if that will help and are in the process of starting whatever treatments will be needed... they did diagnose me with PCOS. Finally after a year of this crap I got a dr who listens and in one visit did all of this :)

It will be a year in May. My hubby is in the Marines and deploys sometime this summer and we want to have a baby on the way before he leaves but it seems like there is no hope. If this will help I am all for trying!
